    I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by PrimeTime DJ at our wedding. The photobooth, which was supposed to be a fun addition to capture memories, turned out to be a source of frustration. They managed to misspell my name on all the pictures. As the bride, it was disheartening to see **************** July 23, 2022" instead of the correct **************** July 23, 2022."When we brought this to their attention, they assured us that they would promptly correct the mistake and send us copies with the accurate spelling. However, not only did they fail to follow through on their promise, but they also blocked our number when we attempted to address the issue, delaying formal complaints to the BBB as we were originally fooled into thinking that they would actually provide us with fixed copies for this major mistake. The lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling.To make matters worse, PrimeTime DJ refused to offer any form of reimbursement or even a discount for the error on their part. The fact that they misspelled the name on such a significant occasion, and then handled the aftermath with such disregard, speaks volumes about the company's lack of responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction.I would strongly advise against using PrimeTime DJ for any future events, as their negligence and unprofessionalism can turn what should be a joyous occasion into a regrettable experience.

     To who it may concern,

    We ask clients to send us copy of invitation and all final notes 2 weeks in advance so we can do our photo booth layouts and send proof to client for approval. We did not get any of this items withing the 2 weeks needed and there was not enough time to send client proof for approval.  on day of event if someone would of said something to us we cold of make correction by doing a more simple layout with correct name on photos. We ask this so Dj can be prepare and MC event smoothly as well as having correct information on Photo booth prints........its in our contract that if this is not send to us 2 weeks before we cannot be responsible for pronouncing name wrong or incorrect Layout on photo booth.  There is actually an extra charge to make changes on 10 days before event.   We do get quite busy and sometimes its hard to get back to clients to fix a problem like this.....our photo booths are out on the road and it takes a while to gather all photos........Client did call and we did offer to fix her photos on a later date.  Not sure what happen and why we lost communication with them.  We never block numbers and there is no way we cannot be reach....There is 2 numbers on our contract, our Website and also 2 different emails. We can also be reach on website by ******** link and Messenger.   All client had to do is send us a reminder by text, email or a phone call......this is a simple fix and can still do this for them. We started this company in **** and have never had any major complaints like this. I'm surprise this had escalated to this level.    This took so long ago that it is going to take some time to find this photos to fix them and send a link to client with corrections on photo booth images.......again as you can imagine its the holidays and our photo booth are super busy right now and will most likely not be able to to this till after the holidays when we slow down.  This is the only thing we can offer, only reason we would of done a refund is if the photo booth would of not worked or use on date of event....photo booth did run for 4 hours at event and obviously we have all the images to prove client and her guest had fun using it.....again this could of being avoided and fixed on date of event or by getting notes 2 weeks before event.
