    If the resort manager is also the only source of security on the property you have created a very unsafe environment for your guests. We were kicked out of the reserved tub by a male guest who stated "call mangement I don't care"
    This situation was handled inappropriately, with minimal concern for our well-being. The manager showed disregrad for our plead for assistance , preferential treatment to the male guest, whom he identified by first name upon approach. He refused to remediate the situation was unwilling to reschedule or cancel the two massages both very simple requests.
    In conclusion and to further substantiate the lack of appropriate intervention and unequal treatment by Two Bunch Palms Resort management, upon our check-out on January 5th around 1100 AM, we were in the reception office when we overheard the interaction of the couple in front of us also checking out, they requested to speak to the manager regarding their “dissatisfactory spa experience” to which the front desk staff retreated to the back and spoke to someone (manager?) returned to the guests, with the offer to “comp” one of the massages no questions asked! This was most disappointing and was biased.
