    I checked into the hotel and had two rooms. On the day of check out I went to the front desk because I had noticed charges made to my card that I did not authorize. My kids went and ordered food and left the top part of the receipt blank and the server took $100 tip for himself. I was told that the owner would reach out to me and she never did. I was also told that the deposits and money taken would be returned to my card but nothing has been returned to my card. Ive been going there for years and after this am afraid to ever spend a dime there again. This isnt right and when I went to the front desk was told everyone makes mistakes and asked to leave the premises so we didnt even get our swim time and went there for my daughters birthday. I appreciate the bartender though so much because she helped us to get home due to my account being overdrawn with all of the extra charges. They also told me that the food expenses would be taken out of the deposit and we would be given the remainder of the deposit at checkout but it was all charged separately also so I had several unexpected extra charges to my account. This isnt just a mistake its theft and its not okay. Im a single mother that pulled all of her resources together to make this happen for my daughters birthday and the plans we had for her birthday in town and swimming that day were all taken from her because someone decided to try to steal what wasnt given to them.
