    I contacted this business regarding the sale of my property under the name Singlepoint properties. The CEO of SoCal As Is came out and viewed my property. They made an offer that I accepted. We signed a contract. Then they sent out an estimator. Then they indicated that their offer would have to be substantially reduced and suggested that I list with a realtor. I desire to hold them to their original offer and signed contract.

    Please know that our team is committed to conducting all transactions with the utmost integrity and transparency. In this instance, we had to exercise our contractual rights to cancel the purchase after further due diligence into the property and its suitability as a project for our company to take on.  As mentioned, we believe that in order to maximize the return on the sale of your property, it would likely be best to list it on the market with your realtor.


    Situations like these, while not frequent, can occur in the real estate industry. Our goal is always to ensure that all parties involved are treated fairly and in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    They are scammers. The Estimator was not an estimator. They came out, had me sign a contract then sent out a non professional and lowered the bid by a huge margin and then wanted to send someone else. It's just a scam. It's not a good way to do business and ultimately they offer to list it for you. No thank you!
