    On January 28th 2024 I paid a one time use service fee, called One-time Export for $5.90, followed and did all the instructions they asked to be able to download the data I was trying to download, which by the way was wrong and a test to the service. The download was impossible, there was no way the software would allowed me to download and they had already taken the credit so there was not a way to do it again because it was a One time export and according to the page I had already used it.So I went and try to see if I got the free try subscription I would be able to download the same data I wanted in the first place, which I had already paid for.Finally it worked the only way I was able to download, but they used the card on file to charge me $89 after the first month for a service (02/11/24) I did not wanted or used since the only download was the one I had already paid for and the app would not allowed before.So I wrote them for a refund. their answer was no. 02/22/2024 I said at least for the one time I never got to use and they credited me (on their system) $4.04 not even my money back.I never used, it gave me problems the first time why would I do with $4 in their platform?I want my refund for a service not used. I think is fair, not credits, the money back.Transactions TNOV-********************* TNOV-*********************
