    Been a customer since 2012 and have always paid on time. This month 10/23, did not pay yet, received a so called friendly reminder text message to my phone stating if I didnt pay by the 10th a late fee would be access. I responded that I would pay by end of month. They responded thanks for your quick responds. Then on 10/10 another text came saying the late fees was added and a link was sent to pay. Note, I never gave them permission to send me any text messages to my phone. I once again sent them a message stating I would pay by the end of this month. And on 10/12, they send a threatening text message to my phone that if not paid by 10/16 they would start a lien fee on my storage unit. Mind you this is the first time being late and when late in unit there was rat prints all over boxes and the outside of unit where you open the door near top had been damaged by what looks to be done by an RV, which are parked around there. I informed them that to stop sending harassing messages to my phone and mail me to my home the letter stating all theses changes that I signed stating I was aware if I didnt pay in 15 days they could harass me thru text messages. They have increased the units by 104% in the last 3 years and dont even keep up with the maintenance work and are never in the office. Will move out before the 1st of new year to a facility that is in fact kept open 24/7 instead of claiming to be on website, but is not. I will pay the storage, plus the late fees before the end of the month, but had to block them from receiving any more harassment on my personal phone.
