      12/8/21 Jaimee A. Jones, PLC Office was contacted, and Ms. ******************** did not take the case it was given to her other Attorney *********************************. When contacted by ******************** this was for a response to a serve my Spouse, ******************************, in a Divorce matter. Case Number 21FL04893, Sacramento County Superior Court. Which ******************** never submitted anything to the Sacramento County Superior Court which was later found out by myself once a I retained a New Attorney for Misrepresentation of a Family Law ************************* ******* Planning Attorney). Which was located by Googling his name due to further investigation because he had not been doing his job and submitting things to the Court with always having an excuse. ******************** was given $3500 for a Retainer and an Extra $500 to use on my Case figuring that my Divorce would be a little bit hard due to the length of marriage. I was never invoiced on what his Services were during the whole time he had my case. Only when he had initially started which was the $4000.00. Once things started to unravel and ******************** was called under the table I submitted a Complaint also with the *************************** Case Number: ********** which also is pending since the first of June. I would like a full refund based on the fact that nothing was ever submitted to the Court, and I then had to retain another Attorney for my Case. ************************** and Sons, in **********, **. Paperwork had to be duplicated because of Timeframes and we are just now 7 months later going to Court for the first time due to the lack of inappropriate handling of my Divorce by an Attorney that should not even had taken my case in the first place. This is very important to have recorded so other people aren't taken advantage also from this individual.Sincerely, ************************
