    I filed my taxes through this service in March 13, 2023 and they informed me I would receive my refund within 3-4 weeks. I have yet to receive any form of payment at all, federal or state. Its currently August 16, 2023. My tax man will not answer my phone calls. Numerous phone call appointments have been made and he doesnt honor them and give me a call. On the most recent appointment I made his receptionist ***** called to inform me he had to cancel because he was in a car accident. Today, August 16, 2023, I called from my phone number and no one answered. When I called back using my daughters phone number, to my surprise ***** was happy to answer. I informed her I would be filing a complaint through the better business bureau and she assured that hearing this would make Hrant inclined to call. ***** should be calling and apologizing non stop. It shouldnt have to come down to using other peoples phone numbers or filing a report to gain information on my hard earned refund. I just looked at yelp and there have been numerous reports of similar activity from this man in recent months.

    On April 6, 2022 we went to A&A Accounting to pay for our state and federal tax return service. We were supposed to receive a refund from both tax agencies. We have not received any refunds. As of September, I have sent four e-mails and my husband made three phone calls to confirm that our taxes were filed. We have only received one phone call in response, where the person asked for our personal information to confirm the date of the tax filing. We have since heard nothing, despite requests for the date of the tax filing, so that we may follow up with the tax agencies to discover the state of our refunds.

    I have sent numerous emails, phone calls, phone appointments and phone calls to **************** office to understand the status of my 2019 tax returns. I have not heard back for MONTHS regarding the status of my return, where my refund is, what the problem is, how it's being resolved, etc. I am currently still waiting on my refund from the year 2019 and do not understand why it is being held, although ***** originally claimed that there was an issue and he was working ************ to resolve it.

    Recently just discovered that our 2021 Taxes have not be received ******, even though A & A Accounting ( ****************, preparer) completed our tax return and informed us they were filing them, all within the April deadline. I personally know of another person this happened to as well, so I was advised to check to see if our taxes had in fact been filed...a transcript ******** indicates "no return on file for 2021". I have attempted to contact the owner, ***** ********, of A & A (as ****** no longer works for the company) but calls have not been returned (as was the case of the other person). This is outrageous! We have NEVER been late or not filed our taxes and now we have this extremely frustrating, upsetting issue to try and resolve. I was informed that as of April 1, 2021, A & A was having "software problems" and could no longer e-file but assured me, on April 15, that they were sending the return via certified mail on that day. Now, we have to find someone else to refile for us and see what the consequences are of this lateness. This business is clearly not functioning in a professional, honest manner, something is not right with all of this! They need to be held accountable for not rendering the services they were paid and entrusted to do. Thank you for your assistance.
