    Upon speaking with the after hours installation department, I was greeted with an extremely rude employee. When I asked her if I needed to speak to her or service department about them canceling an appointment i had, she told me that she would help me if i would stop acting "ghetto". When I asked her name she told me "***********************" when I asked her for her boss information she hung up on me.

    As per our conversation, here are the details for this case:

    As I mentioned to you , first we solved the issue with the client, my general manager ***********************, talked to the customer, since she left a bad review on Yelp also, and after we talked to her  she removed the review from Yelp website

    Another thing, we never received a notification about this, this could  be because ******************************* is no longer with us. We received notification to renew the membership, but nothing regarding this situation

    The employee she mentioned in the complaint, *******************, is no longer working with us, after this incident the company decided to let her go.

    Thanks for your help and please let me know the best way to solve this situation.
