    SEAACA will not let me license my dogs without having rabies vaccines. Unfortunately, I could not afford to take them to the vet, so I didn't pay the licensing fees. Now I'm being hit with $200 in late fees. No past due notice. No past communication with me about what I owe. Please help! How is it $100 late fee for each dog?

    Killing to many healthy dogs not giving them time for adopt the facility is not clean smells horribly dogs arent able to go outside for a few minutes, tell people health dogs are sick just to put them down when they are healthy staff not willing to help they open at 3 and expect fosters or people that are going to adopt be there by 3 no exceptions and not given time so the animal/ animals are put down staffing other than 2 people are amazing every else is extremely bad never wanting to help. They need to network or find no kill shelter or sanctuary to place the animals advertised more and give the animals time people call and complain and nothing happens we need new staff and more rules before considering euthanizing them we need change seeca always has issues and know one ever investigates the issues/ troubles we have NO help they will continue to do this over and over because they dont get checked on they constantly do so many things wrong they dont take complaints seriously you talk to a person in charge but they take matters into there hands its a ********* house there without any outcome we need change help new staff because they never help that make up excuses they never help the people wanting to go and pick up the animal they have nothing to lose other than being understanding and giving an animal that second chance to be loved and enjoy life they are heartless people Ive been there a few times and staff is horrible they dont care about them or getting adopted please I ask for help and changes because time is running out please help make seeca change these animals need us the deserve the small chance

    I found a stray dog and dropped it off to them, I left them my information just in case the owners didn't claim the dog. I called constantly to get any updates about the dog. I was then told the dog not adoptable, due to health issues and was on a list to be sent to a rescue to get help but then I was told their rescue list is the same thing as their euthanasia list. I went in person to ask if I can sign a waiver accepting all responsibility for her medical procedures and was told I had to wait until a rescue would say yes or no to the dog. I have been emailing them for pictures of the dogs issues as well for a consultation with my personal veterinarian but we have only been going in circles trying to get some information. They do not want to let me adopt the dog despite me agreeing to signing any waivers. They are claiming that a rescue will be picking her up but I believe she will be euthanized. I've been contacting them today 02/16 but they do not want to answer my calls, instead they say the are not in or that they are unavailable.
