    On November 4, 2024, I paid to ******* ******** $1,255, of which $275.00 was to replace my supplied new brackets on 9 blinds completed on that day. Mr. ******** requested a deposit of $980.00 for motorizing the blinds in approximately 1-2 weeks. The work was never completed so I requested a refund of the $980.00. After many communications via phone, texts and emails, Mr. ******** stated in these communications that he did not have the money to refund me even though he had been working at other jobs. I am a widow over the age of 65 and feel that I have been taken advantage of. I can submit copies of his business cards and his Invoice #****** with the details via email, I am unable to send the copies as a PDF. I am requesting a refund of $980.00 to satisfy this complaint. Also, Mr. ******** is operating a business without a license.

    Approximately June ****** ******* Blinds contracted to build and install a cornice plus other repair work for a total of $479. I gave him a deposit of $279 .Never never ahow up on day he scheduled and when I followed up some relative just died or was sick. Same story he gave to another BBB complainant.Later said he mailed me a check for the $279 and later he said he would bring me the money in cash and never showed up.I believe he is just a scam artist and probably never actually does any work.

    We used ******* to repair some roller shades about 5 years ago. So we called him and made an appointment to come to our house to discuss repair and purchase of some blinds. He wrote up a quote for repair cleaning and purchase of roller shades. We agreed to pay half ($1800) on March 27th 2024. Before his expected install date he texted and said his father died and he needed the rest of what we would owe him to pay for the funeral. This didn't seem quite on the up and up so we said no. I Googled his name and saw a similar complaint filled with the BBB. He didn't use a death but a broken down truck for the reason. Since then we have had some communication with him and told him we didn't want to use his service. He said he would get our money but has never showed up.
