  The worst service, bait and switch, weed smoking employees on the job, unskilled, untrained, unequipped for the job. *****, quotes jobs by text message and pictures and doesnt stand up to his quote. His resolution is to lie, make appointments and not show up, promise to make good on his employees terrible work but in the end has no intention of making it right. His employees are under threat of not being paid their wages if they do anything without Jasons approval. Stay far away from this scam artist, many other detailers out there doing better work for the same prices.

  i do NOT want any pity.... i work pay check to pay check so saving $1500 for my car to fixed took a lot. I was told they would take my car for 4days on 7/9/24 but that didn't happen instead it got painted outside because when i asked if putting it in the garage would be easier i was told no that's okay. after my car was so called finished you could see it was all messed up and yet who ever the guy is that answers their phones told me it wasn't finished they will be back in 2wks yet called me on Monday 7/15/24 with unnecessary attitude stating the will come on 7/19/24 to fix everything even says they will put a tent up cause they don't need it in the garage but again the same guy comes out and was maybe here 20mins and doesn't put a tent up and starts what i thought fixing my car but was actually messing it up even more then said "oh my bosses said next week will come fix it" like excuse me that is not okay i've had 2 deaths in my family just in this one week so yes im emotional but that's besides the point im a single mom who lives pay check to pay check again i do NOT need pity i just wanted my car fixed and nice looking again but instead im having to pay another $1500 for a different company to fix my car because cali car co mobile won't answer my calls or even pay me back. this is so unprofessional and unacceptable and the fact that the last time i spoke to someone he literally told me he was hanging up on me before he gets ******... i don't need to lie or want to ruin anyone's business but they won't talk to me or refund me my money. i have before and after pictures there is still over spray left on my windows too.. it a 12yr old car but it's mine and i worked hard to be able to purchase it on my own! there's so much overspray on my windows too

  Only work with them - IF you are desperate - IF you like paying extra for agreed-upon work - IF you like your car 80% clean, not 100% clean - IF you like to be switched-and-baited (owner's name is "Noman" but he calls himself as "*****")- IF you dont need good customer service Would never work with them again. I should've trusted other yelp reviews and steered clear. His own employee acknowledged that he's a horrible boss.
