    Epicor is the worst! We went live March 18th and Im watching out company crumble to pieces. No one knows how to use it and our consultant is a joke. He ridiculed me for not knowing what to do and was hard to understand. Weve been trying to go live for 4 years and we I still cant look up inventory. We tried switching back to Encore but unfortunately were unable. There is no support to go to when you need help other than someone on ********* teams that is hard to understand and will just get you thru to be able to process an order but doesnt acknowledge the actual problem and should have never allowed us to launch the program knowing how far we were from being ready. The only training received was thru teams.
