      I am filing a formal complaint against All Natural Stone for misrepresentation and failure to disclose critical product details regarding a tile purchase. The business did not disclose the tiles material composition, technical specifications, or installation recommendations, resulting in financial loss and construction delays.I purchased tile from All Natural Stone in June and October 2024 for use in a childrens bathroom shower based on a salespersons recommendation. No material composition or technical specifications were provided at the time of purchase. The tile was sold under a private label with no manufacturer details or installation guidance.---The tile was ceramic, which is porous and fragile for wet areas; this was not disclosed.The product page, invoice, and sales documents contained no material details.The QR code on the display led to a broken page, making it impossible to access technical specifications before purchase.---Attempts to Resolve ---Nov 7, 2024: Reported issue to All Natural Stone.Nov 9, 2024: Company offered only a replacement of the same defective tile.Nov 21, 2024: Formally requested a refund due to misrepresentation.Nov 22, 2024: Company offered only a 50% refund.Dec 15, 2024: Cited California Civil Code 1770(a)(5) (CLRA) and FTC Act (15 U.S.C. 45) in a final requestno satisfactory resolution provided.----I request a full refund for the misrepresented tile purchase. Additionally, I request that All Natural Stone:(1) Clearly disclose material type and manufacturer for all products.(2) Provide accessible technical specifications for private-label tiles.(3) Remove broken QR codes preventing access to product details.(4) If a full refund is not provided, I will escalate this complaint to the ***, *****************************************, and Small Claims Court.Please confirm receipt of this complaint and the next steps.
