    On Thursday November 24,2022 I was cooking my thanksgiving dinner and I was going to make some Mac and cheese. I starting melting my butter and as the butter was melting I noticed a clump as I go to pick it out I noticed it was a human tooth. Disgusted I through away the butter. Now it being thanksgiving weekend I waited to call the corporate office at ************* On Monday the 28th. No one answered so I left a message and still have not gotten a call back. This is totally gross and unacceptable. I dont know if some one through a tooth to dispose of evidence or just to be twisted. I also called another number and still have not heard back. As a business you want your customers to be able to have quality products. This is unacceptable and gross

    I am rejecting this response because: the following information that they provided is not true I never received an email from the lady that is claiming to have asked for information I did receive a call from her to email her pictures but never got an email

    I am rejecting this response because:so far they claim to have reached out numerous times but I have called several times and they always say someone will call me back and they dont. So far they just sent me a Coupon for a free butter but that doesnt change the outcome my daughter hasnt been eating since the incident and has been traumatized in finding foreign objects in her food now
