    On May 10th, 2025, I purchased a wedding dress from Blossoms Bridal & Formal. The total cost was $595.00. I received the dress on Friday May 16th 2025 . Immediately I opened the package as I am excited about my wedding dress, and the dress was filthy. The dress was so dirty, that I could not try it on. There were dirt stains around the neck area and on the back. It has armpit stains and even the bottom of the dress underneath the train was filthy, dirty. This business sent me a used, dirty dress. I called the store that day and spoke to a lady, who stated would call me back and never did. I waited until Sunday and still no call back, so I emailed them advising I would be sending the dress back and the reason. I went to *** and shipped the dress back. Still no response from this business. I saw in the bank account a refund for $455. Later on I received an automated message from this business stating they refunded me some of my money back and kept $140 for shipping and restocking fees. I sent an email to the business disputing this charge. I paid for my own shipping. This business has no right to charge me for something I paid for. And the dress was dirty. There is no way they are restocking a dirty dress, and if they are then the health department needs to get involved. I want all my money back so I can move on buy a new wedding dress. A clean one.

    On March 2, 2025, I ordered a dress from ********* *********************************************** for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah in ********* on March 15, 2025. The store explicitly assured me that the dress was in stock and would be dispatched the following day. It was clearly communicated, both verbally and in the order form, that the dress was required before March 15th.On March 5, 2025, I followed up with Blossoms because I had not received a tracking number. I was informed for the first time that the dress was still at the distributor, with an expected arrival at the store on March 11th. I was again reassured the dress would be shipped next-day service and would arrive on-time. The dress was then held up in US customes because the shipper failed to prvode the necessary customs clearance information. Futhermore, it was not dispatched next-day service, contrary to assurances by Blossoms. The dress was delivered on March 18, 2025, three days after the event.Not having the dress caused significant distress to my daughter and myself. The dress, a style unavailable in *********, was integral to the event. The anxiety of not having a dress for her Bat Mitzvah led to my daughter missing three days of school and experiencing panic attacks, severely impacting her Bat Mitzvah preparation.I called the store several times to resolve the issue but they wouldn't speak to me. I also sent several emails, which they did not respond to. I'm seeking a fair resolution to this situation. I've offered to ship the unworn dress back to the store at my expense for a full refund on the dress ($350) and a refund of the international shipping costs ($120). I'd greatly appreciate assistance in working this out with Blossoms.
