    The treadmill arrived with a defective cylinder mechanism the part that raises, lowers, and holds the treadmill in the storage position does not function correctly. As a result, the treadmill will not come down for use at all, making it completely unusable.

    March 12 2025, $299. They were contacted 3 separate times to start a **************** i was told they would contact me via email within 48 hrs. each of the 3 times . never heard anything from them. I bought this treadmill thru ******* & thought it could be returned there also. It is sitting in my garage unopened. product was misrepresented on ******* site. by ***************************

    On 7/2/24 I made a purchase on *******s website for a Famistar treadmill for $779.91. The treadmill was coming from second company named Little Red Lion **** *************************************************. It was noted on the website that returns would be accepted by Little Red Lion, INC. When the treadmill arrived it was too large for the place I was wanting to put. I also was not sure if I was physically ready for a treadmill due to my health. A couple of days later I returned to ******* for a refund. Because it was purchased from another company I would have to initiate a return with that company. ******* did this for me. I was to have a response from Little Red Lion in 48hrs. This never happened. I then tried to call them, no answer. I emailed them again with no response. About 4 emails sent to them and several phone calls. I emailed them 7/22/24 and informed that I wouldnt be trying to contact them anymore. I would take my complaints higher. Several days later I received a call from another employee She told me that higher-up had offered $300 and I could keep the treadmill. I told her I dont want the treadmill and I want all I paid for merchandise. Several days later I was offered full refund if I would give them a five star rating. I informed them that I refused.     I had ordered a treadmill through ******* in April and it was through a 3rd party which I did not realize at the time. The 3rd party- little red lion *** sent me a treadmill that did not work. I started a return and spoke with a representative via email for about a week. They wanted to send me a piece to try to fix the treadmill but I told them I was not interested in fixing it and I would like a return and my money back so I could buy a new treadmill. I also purchased warranty and reminded them of this. After a week of emailing and begging me to try to fix it on my own and me continuing to ask for a return/refund, they transferred me to customer service to talk to someone that could help me. That person called me and offered me a $200 refund and a new piece to fix it. I have the voicemail saved. I once again told them I did not want to fix it and I wanted to return it as I staffed the return as soon as I put the treadmill together the week I got it and it didnt work. They said someone would be calling me back to start the return and no one has called me. *** called them once a week for the last month and left voice mails and no one is returning my calls. Now I am out $700 and have a broken treadmill.

    ******** was advertised as a 13 inch medium firm hybrid. It measures 10 inches and is super firm, hard like the floor. The seller does not reply to my emails. I first emailed within the first week of delivery. Approximately 95% of the five start reviews look to be fake or compensated reviews coming from a site that does not sell this mattress or has no way of accessing it directly. This company sells through ********* web site.

    I purchased a treadmill Famistart JK1607 on November 7th 2023 and it arrived Novermber 15th 2023. A Christmas present for my daughter. Setup the treadmill after Christmas and it did not work. Contacted Little Red Lion *** 3 times by phone and 3 time by email. Each time I called the same person answered the phone and told me to send an email to the warehouse ************************* I received no replies at all. I called back and asked what is going on, the same person stated they would contact the warehouse by email. I told them they don't answer emails. It is now the end of January 2024 and still have brand new treadmill that does not work.

    On 1/4/24, I ordered a treadmill from this company through the ******* website. When I checked the tracking info a week later, it showed that my item was on hold with *** since the address was incorrect. I called *** and they said the address they have is 1 digit off of my correct address- and that the seller would need to contact them to correct this error. I emailed the seller and after 48 hours, they responded just to say that there is nothing they can do and that I need to speak to ***. I called *** back and they said they have not heard from the seller and will need to return package to sender. Today, 1/14/24, the tracking info shows the package is being returned to sender. Little Red Lion *** was unresponsive, clueless, and unprofessional. Someone named ******* was who I emailed with. Now my treadmill is being sent back and I will be ordering one off a different site.

    In November 2023, we purchased a treadmill from ******** We paid for the company to assemble it for us at our house. Immediatly upon assembly the treadmill was broken and didnt function. We immediately contacted both ******* and little red lion for a refund. ******* referred us to the little red lion company and the next three months have been a version of h*** I never hope to relive. I am eight months pregnant with my second child. The company would not respond to my emails and request for refund for days. Then they would respond and tell me to replace various circuit boards and motors on the treadmill. I repeatedly told them Im not comfortable with this and this is a health risk to me and my baby. They ignored my concerns and would only respond if I tried to conduct electrical experiments for them on the treadmill and send corresponding videos. I am now eight months pregnant and can no longer bend down to work on the treadmill. It is a health hazard for me. I dont have an electrical skills background and am extremely stressed and fearful of what they are having me do in order to earn a refund. We have complied with their many many requests for the past three months, sending repeated videos of us working on the electrical of the treadmill. The treadmill is still broken. Weve received no refund. This is not only a massive stress for me and my family but now a health risk. The company is committing fraud at this point by sending us a broken treadmill at our expense.

    On 12/26/2023 I used ********* website to order a treadmill. I hadn't realized that I accidentally added two treadmills from different sellers to my cart and bought both. I reached out to cancel the order from Little red lion but it had shipped already. I was told by the company to try the treadmill before sending it back. I didn't want the treadmill and had no way to take the treadmill to a shipping facility so I refused delivery. Because I refused delivery the company said I could only receive half of my refund because they insisted that the treadmill would never be returned to them. The treadmill was returned to them on January 5th at 10:29 am. They sent me yet another email stating that I was now only getting an 80 percent refund but has yet to refund me a thing. I bought this item by mistake and sent it back to them. They received the item back so I don't understand why they are refusing to refund my money. They keep acting like the treadmill hasn't been returned but *** tracking says different. I've been going back and forth with this company since December and I just really need my money back.
