    Do not trust these people - as the other complaint stated these people Rip you off. They scammed me out of $3000 pretending they were going to represent me in an eviction case and did nothing but waste my time, and steal $3000 by hacking my Zelle account! If you are reading this G a b b y - J e s s i c a - you will get what is coming to you! I promise you will not get away with this! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!

    I was overcharged and a victim of false advertisement by Tenant Protection Group LLC including persons involved: *********************************, *****************************, *********************, website is no longer operational www.tenantprotectiongroup.com. I was informed to make two bank deposits into ********** Business Account Number: ***********, *** $600 retainer and (1) $500 monthly fee for legal services not rendered, ***** impersonated a board certified lawyer, instructed me via phone to file for bankruptcy and gave false statement, "a motion was filed against you this is your only option to avoid unlawful detainer." Bankruptcy documents were provided via email.

    I was searching for help to stop an eviction 5 day notice from the Sheriff. I reached out to Tenant protection group in hopes they could provide help. They told me they would need to look into it and asked me to send them my eviction notice to them then reached back ouy and stated they needed payment of $895.00 to assist. After a few phone calls they told me the only thing I could do was file for bankruptcy and they couldn't help with anything else. I advised if I filed for bankruptcy it would not help me get into a new rental. They stated this was all they could help with. I paid nearly 900 dollars for nothing. I asked for a refund and they told me only part of my money would be refunded and still several weeks later no word. This company is a scam, they knew they would not be able to help me after reviewing my paperwork and still took my money. I couldn't find anything on The BBB because they don't list their physical address and people are making the same complaints on the Yelp application. The same issue as mine . I want my full refund my next step is to report this company to the ************************ and take them to small claims court. I want all $895.00 returned ASAP BY Zwelle the same payment method they asked me to use for payment. *********************, *****************************, ********************************* are all scammers they knew they could not help me and robbed me of much needed finances. They took advantage of my situation. I asked yhem if they couldn't help would I get a refund and they provided no answer just told me where to send the money. The owner ***************************** and manager ******************************* are not even listed on the website. This company just scams innocent desperate families.

    The contract was agreed upon under the circumstances that this company was going to provide a service to prevent an eviction. They did nothing that they promised. The only thing they advised was for me to file chapter 13 temporarily to convince the court that I could not afford anything. I was only asking for an extension for at least an extra week.
