    11/30/2023 $189.00 The league is unable to provide the experience that I signed up for. I asked for a refund and they said it is passed the deadline for refund. However they tell parents they dont have enough kids to provide they will have a two team to play for the season less then 2 weeks before the season. The organization states the registration agreement doesnt guarantee how many games your children would play. I asked to speak with a manager and ****** stated she is the director of organization and I asked to talked to someone higher than her and of course she doesnt provide it. I just want my money back and they are denying it. This organization takes people money and try to offer $20 off for the next season . I will not be returning the next season because of their business practices.

    Customer has broken registration agreement with organization. Registration funds have already been spent to secure her child's spot, insurance, uniform, awards, venue, staff, etc. That is why we do not allow refunds this close to the season opening. When a parent signs up their child they agree that there is no guarantee as to how many teams will be in their league or whether it could also be turned into an instructional program. Customer was told it is a two team ********************** this season and as a courtesy we gave her a $20 credit for future use without even being asked. We could have not told anyone and they would have played on opening day and that would be that. However, we want parents to know we appreciate them and give extra attention to the fact that they will be in a two team league. Again, something we don't have to do. This customer has been harassing and threatening our company and our office staff non-stop for days and she has already been given a refund. We do not control how fast her bank deposits the money. This parent does not understand youth sports or the operations behind it and thinks that how many kids sign up can be controlled. We wish her good luck in future sport endeavors.
