We purchased the ******************** Reclining Sectional with Power Headrest, back in January 2021. This furniture is modular. Meaning you can mix and match to fit your needs. We spent over $6000 in Parker House furniture. With in the first year, we had to have the right power recliner replaced on one couch and the head rest motor failed on the other couch again on the right side. About 18 months later the same right motorized recliner mechanism failed again. I had to go through ********** Over Stock directly to get the entire modular part. 3 years, 2 months after purchasing this furniture and less than another year after having the right motorized recliner part replaced the mechanism has failed yet again. I am giving 3 stars because most of the furniture has been great except for this one part. the number 1 reason for not getting 5 stars is Parker House's lack of customer service towards their customers. I have emailed and messaged ******************************************* now 8-10 times in the last 4 months, on their website which says they will reply with in ***** hours. So yes, I have requested, begged, pleaded for help getting this part either fixed or replaced. I am willing to pay for the part. Better to pay $400-$600 than $3K to $4K for new Livingroom furniture. But as of right now I am getting nothing from them.

I recently had an issue with a faulty battery in a 2-year old sofa. The store I bought it from was no help, so I contacted Parker House directly. ***************, and **** at Parker House went above and beyond to get the issue resolved quickly despite the owner of the local furniture store being uncooperative in handling the issue under warranty. Some of the best customer service I've ever had.

Bought an office chair from them, in pieces to assemble, naturally. Everything fairly well fit together EXCEPT for the armrests. They were out of alignment by over an inch from the chair's holes to armrest holes. Even though the company is in **********, this kind of work is every bit as bad as something made in *****! Chair was $656 EVEN AFTER DISCOUNT! If it was a $10 chair I doubt if I'd want to even deal with it.

Worst Chinese junk on the market. Ordered a $1200 reclining sofa and it was trash in 3 years. Internal cushions creeping out and worn out, 1x2 pine frame boards broken. They refused to make good on it and quoted 4 months and $300 to get replacement cushions material from China. My weight is 200 and my wife is 145 so its not like they had a ton of weight on them. Don't buy their products, their prices are crazy for the longevity.

      Hello,
The warranty of the cushions are 1 year warranty.
If the customer would like to purchase cushions it will take about 4-6 months because these do come from over seas.
      Thank you

I purchased a living room sectional from Siefert's Furniture Store who carries Parker House Furniture. It was a floor model but appeared ok. Not even 2 weeks after it was delivered we noticed the recliners did not work properly. I called Siefert's they sent their repair guy within 2 weeks he took pictures and said he needed to get ahold of the Company because he didn't/couldn't find the problem. This was middle to end of Nov., 2021 it went until Jan., 13,2022 when I was contacted from Siefert's asking for a video of what the recliners were doing. So the video was sent same day, Jan., 14th the same person responded saying she forwarded it to their rep, on Jan., 16th she reached out and said their rep was forwarding everything to the company to get it resolved for me. on Jan., 18th she asked me to send pics of tags with the production date, I sent same day. FINALLY on February 18th the repair guy came and put a spring in each of the recliners (that apparently were NEVER put in). June 1st I sent pics and called Siefert's again letting them know there were more problems with all of the pieces. On June 6th the repair guy came looked at the pieces and took pics. I called the store a week or so later to get an update was told they were waiting for a response from the company. On June 21st I was told the management at Parker House would not approve the warranty claim saying that the photos showed damage and abuse which was not something covered under their warranty. If I could post the photo's I would so everyone could see how this terrible company makes their furniture. Only using thin boards and large staples. I also called the company and they would not speak to me.
