    *** was amazing. He fixed my problem, came early (ensured it was ok with me that he came early), explained the problem , and didnt leave until he was 100 percent sure the issue with my air conditioning was fixed. Great guy, great technician, honestly 1000000/10 recommend

    FYI don't look at home advisor website (if you do look at the top one because i fully agree those reviews are fake). If i could give a ZERO rating i would. Filed claim with our home warranty (always a battle to get coverage and you have to push push push and talk to management, etc....they make it as hard as possible to get help) and they sent these guys. They're the worst! Showed up 2x and pretended like they knew what they were doing and then left w/o it being fixed (air conditioning). They have an automated message system that goes nowhere but a voicemail (that they don't return). I have pictures/texts from our tenant (been there 5 years and is a friend) who said these guys have no idea how to fix the unit. So, they leave and never fix it....i have to call home warranty several times....then they say they'll send them out again and finally i talked to a manager who sent our claim to another company (just as bad fyi....that's because these guys can't get business elsewhere so their last resort is working with a warranty company who probably pays them very, very little) because i argued that our tenant is in hazardous situation (30+ days from date i filed the claim). I had to call every day like 5x. What a joke. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

    These people are crooks ! Do not trust them! Tried to charge me when I already paid. The man got very rude and belligerent.

    One star is too much for this company. We went through our home warranty in order to have our heater fixed. They "claimed" outside of our home warranty it would cost 3k to fix our heater. After they installed the new heater, it worked for 1 week (during the thick of winter), they claimed it was a bad pressure switch and it was on backorder. 4 months later, they FINALLY came out to fix it, only to have the technician say that he brought the wrong switch and he would come back the next day. The next day he called and said he actually had to re-order the correct switch. Once he came out to fix, it worked again for a week and now after calling, leaving voicemails, empty promises to come back out, he has gone dark. I am not sure HOW they are still in business.

    Terrible company, they spend 5 minutes to check ac then give you an an over price install price that you must aign first without talking to anyone in the company.. You cannot contact them because they don't answer phone calls or able to leave message. Unreliable.

    Horrible company. Appear to be working with home warranty company Old Republic to shaft home owners.They said would replace A/C but we would have to pay $3370 to cover non-covered costs-line insulation, pad fix, drain line, disposal, etc. Then they said they couldn't get A/C coil to fit up to existing furnace so I would have to pay for a new furnace $3215. My furnace works just fine. So to fix my "Supposedly warranty covered A/C" It would cost ME $6,585. Please don't buy warranty from Old Republic nor use Cool Air For You.You should have a minus star available.

    The service tech arrived in a reasonable time, and what he was explaining seemed to make sense. It was not until he left and the home warranty that hired this company denied my claim I did more digging. My A/C has been not cooling. Cool Air For You service guy reported my units were mismatched. I was able to confirm with another A/C repairman and with data proof and photos of the model labels that this was indeed false. This was one reason the claim seemed to be denied. The point is, question everything! It is a shame to have to fight for your own rights when the service company should be well informed. What a shame to waste so much time trying to correct the information!
