      I needed to put 3.3 lbs of coolant in my 3 year old unit they installed. No leaks could be found. I paid them for their service, but received no receipt. *** contacted them, they stated their system was down and as soon as it came up they would email me a bill. I also wanted to know if they put a die pack into it. 21/2 weeks no bill no return call. I now believe they may have underfilled the unit at install. They hire only very good sales men. I was supposed to have some kind of warranty on the coolant installed. I dont know what it was supposed to be. When I installed the unit **** stated, if you have any questions to text him anytime. After install, he never responded to one text message. The owner of the company is not a kind or honest individual . The company no longer answers the phone. I wrote it off as a bad week for ****. This year they contacted me to do a cleaning for my unit, I thought it would be different. It was not. My husband and I are disabled and seniors, we dont have the kind of money to have paid so much. I cant even look at my receipts to see what was done or the cost of each charge.

      Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning required an upfront payment of $1400 and did not show up for their scheduled appointment to perform the agreed upon work. No answer to multiple phone calls and emails sent, and no sign of any staff at their business address. Business License #****** listed on the company website: ****************************************** shows it has been revoked per the ***************** of ******** Affairs Contractors ******************* Website. Arbitration #: *********, Status: Non-Compliance - License Revoked Per ******, Violations: ********************** Code Description: Failed to comply with arbitration award.

      A couple of week ago, I had Pacific heating and Air conditioning come by my home to diagnose my system. The technician fixed one issue but failed to identify the main problem which was the *** motor. He originally gave me a quote for 5k to have the whole unit redone, when I could have just bought a new furnace for less than that. I ended up getting another company to come and do the work, which ended up being cheaper. To any potential costumer of Pacific heating and air conditioning, save yourself the trouble, and find a more reliable company out there. Find a company that will keep appointment times, and that show you parts that they remove or fix.
