    The product was packaged extremely well, preventing damage.On the other hand, *** took 6 days to get the product to the local holding site after attempting to deliver to my home when I was absent. I don't hold that against Royal Batch - *** simply isn't a great service.

    As a first time buyer I was not sure what to expect. From order to receipt was 10 days, so not fast, but not longer than expected. The bottle was very well protected and the Scotch was every bit as good as I remembered. These folks had it available when none of the surrounding states did. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

    I placed an order for 2 items that stated were in stock, and received an email stating my order was being processed and that I would be receiving a tracking number shortly. After 5 days of not receiving the tracking, I emailed them. At that time I was told that it wouldn't be shipped until sometime next month. I asked for a refund since the order I placed was under false pretenses. Then they subtracted a processing fee from my refund!!! How is it my fault that your website claimed it was in stock and then they tell me it isn't? Unless you go and read through their FAQ's page before you place an order then you don't even know there is a processing fee!! And don't advertise that something is in stock when it isn't and then charge the customer a penalty.
