  A repair person named **** come out 3 times, was always in a hurry and did not communicate well as he rushed of each time saying my 2 ice machines and drawer fridge were fixed but are as broke as they were when he first arrived. **** showed up with a backpack like he just came from school and seemed to be in a huge rush. I paid $1200 for nothing to be fixed and have not been able to get a refund., I was told 12 days ago that a refund was going to be processed and so far, nothing. I would seriously not ever recommend this company at all. If I could give Zero stars I would. I am in the process of taking legal action to get my refund. I will also be taking to social media with my 5000 friends to warn the ********* community as well. No one should have to deal with this when calling a so called professional company.

  I will say I was impressed that they came to my house to look at my washing machine on a Sunday. It went down hill from there. The tech, ****, did not speak or understand English very well, so it was challenging to communicate and he did not talk to us about options but he did spend time trying to figure out our issue. A part was ordered and we were told it would be in on a Thursday so we scheduled the install for a Friday. On Friday very close to our end of the repair window we were informed that the part did not arrive. I had already been without a washer for 3 weeks and decided to order a new washer which was delivered and installed by a different company the next day as promised. Back to Ramics Repair, they would not refund our money as they said we needed to pay for the part being shipped to us (we never got the part) and to ship it back because that was our fault for changing our mind. There receptionist told me we would get a full refund but apparently the owner didn't agree. These people are hard to work with and they are not people of integrity. I would say pass on their service if you don't want the stress.

  Tech broke my valve but claimed it was already broken. He made a **** mess and just left it. The appliance was not working when he left. This was not the company I called.

  Zero stars. They are working in ********* under a different name. ****************************************************** found this out when the bill came from Ramics Repair. The very first experience I had was them just showing up to my door, and they were supposed to give a call when they were 30 minutes away. On that same day the worker said they had to order the part. The second visit for installation the company (again) didnt give a courtesy phone call, he just showed up. 30 minutes later the worker said everything was fixed. My husband asked to see the part that was replaced and the worker reached in his bag and pulled out the brand new part that had NOT been replaced. I would like some compensation for the dishonesty and audacity. I cant believe we are in a world where we have to ask to verify the work has been done.
