    My vehicle was vandalized and Elite Auto was supposed to make it right and fix my vehicle but they did not do it correctly I dropped off the vehicle initially and waited 3 weeks to pick it up. After the 3 weeks, I get to the location and look at the car. There were a few things off about the car as soon as I spot it. ( my rims were painted black color without my consent : Quote from owner ****** I knew you wouldnt mind Yet, never asked me. Secondly: my rubber moldings from the hood were missing and ****** told me I never had them. Thirdly, my headlights were damaged from the accident and they never replaced them and discounted the price of the part ( which is a scam because I lost out on the labor)After going home I started to notice more things and I called ****** after reviewing pictures and realized he lied about the moldings. ****** than proceeded to tell me Im right and ordered new moldings and setup a new appointment.I brought the vehicle in about a month later after the parts came in. During this month, I started making a list as I noticed my trunk was not installed correctly and it damaged my roof. My Door moldings were installed incorrectly and my speaker stopped working because of the water seeping in. My car was left with trash from the paint job. The hood wasnt aligned correctly and wouldnt close. The headlamps were misaligned. The whole car is dirty from the painting work including the engine bay. Over spray of paint everywhere. Run off of paint on the bumper and other locations. The list is endless. I have pictures and proof of before and after the paint job. I told this list to ****** verbally and dropped off the vehicle for a second repair. I gave them 1 week to fix the list items and when I come back ****** wasnt ********** car wasnt fixed properly.I was upset and ****** threatened to call the cops on me because the owner wasnt even present when returning a vehicle. They take your money and dont care about u after.
