    I placed an order on December 21, 2024 for Similac 360 ********** Sensitive Non-GMO 40 oz (Pack of 4). I paid $199.99. I received my order on December 30, 2024. I opened the package to see that I had received 8 20.1oz containers. Each of the containers had the outer blue safety seal broken. I immediately emailed the company and waited for a response. After several days, I still had not heard from them and sent a follow-up email. I still have no received a response. I have tried to find a phone number for the company but I cannot.

    I ordered product and realized, I had in my haste ordered the wrong formula for my preemie, they told me if I returned the product they would swap for the product I need. Its been almost 2 months and they have ignored me. I paid $349.98 for 2 cases of formula and they need to send me replacement formula or give me my money back.

    I wish there was a zero star button. This website is a scam so please do not order anything from them. I ordered a 6 pack of nutramigen toddler from this company in October of 2023 and the next day received a tracking number so I thought everything was legitimate. I could not have been more wrong. After 2 weeks, there wasn't any update on the tracking number and I even called the **** to confirm that nothing had been sent which it hadn't. I then emailed (since this was the only form of customer service available) and received no reply regarding my order or expected shipping date. I emailed a again a week after that and still there was no reply and the tracking number still showed a awaiting package at ****. I opened a case with **** to make sure they didn't lose the package and they again stated that this merchant never sent them anything for delivery. I then reached out to Affirm (who I used to make the transaction) and disputed the transaction with this company. To my surprise, they finally answered in January 2024 stating that they sent the package in December of 2023 (2 months after the order and a week after my dispute started) but with a few issues. One, they provided a totally different tracking number from what I received from them when I ordered. Two, the address that it was "supposedly" delivered was not my address, not even the same city as what I provided them during the order. This company literally STOLE food out of my daughter's mouth in the form of $299.99. Please, if you are considering buying anything from this company...DON'T!! Them are scammers and I will be filing legal action after this. BEWARE!!!!
