    We contacted Buxton Blinds at the last week of June 2023 where employee *********************** came into the house and did measurements to our 1st floor windows which is 7 windows and 2 windows in the master bedroom totaling 9 windows for the first floor. This was a consultation visit and quoted us $4422.81 for shutters. They gave us a discount in return to advertise on our property for their company. We then made the transaction of the total amount of $4422.81 on July 3, 2023 per ***** it would ***********-8 weeks for the shutters to arrive. I contacted ***** via phone on week 7 but no answer so I texted ***** asking for update and when it will be installed, but no answer via phone or text. I then get a call from the owner of Buxton Blinds, ****** Buxton stating it will be arriving in 17 weeks, in which we was never aware of and was never communicated on this behalf. Hearing the arrival is now doubled from 6-8 weeks now 17 weeks shows the company lacked communication. We finally got a delivery date which was November 10, 2023 and the shutters were installed on November 12, 2023. We waited for more than 20 weeks which was way past the expected delivery date. Now there was a problem, one of the windows that was installed had the wrong measurements. Per ****** it will only take a week to come and stated he will air mail the shutter. A week passed and another week passed. Still no word from the company. We communicated again asking for updates, but none. We then get a phone call from *********************** stating our shutters is scheduled to arrive on December 4, 2023 but nothing came. We called ****** the owner, but he kept saying he will give us a call back when he calls the company "Spring Window Fashions" to get an update, but never gave us an update. We are still pending his response as to what happened to the shutter as it needs to replaced with the right measurements. Buxton Blinds lacks communications, doesnt value their customers and hard to work with. Please help us.
