    I went to get a car on may 5th. I spoke with a Magic **** first. He first sold me top 3 warranty & then when I get home its only tier 1. So I go back & then I spoke with **** to ask him why I only have tier 1. He said he will get that fixed now. Then I said I spoke with Magic ************ gap ************** car fog light cover & my spare key. So he wrote down on a todo list to get all these things taken care of. I call & call they are always busy & need to call other people to get info on my situation. So now they have new *************** said that **** left a *********** figure it out & I call him back & he never gets on the phone with me. All n all I had a horrible time with them. I put my car down as down payment thats no where on my paperwork.Then I find out that I was way over charged. Not cool. For a **** vw golf tdi they upped the price on the tag. Now its $18,000+. So I believe these people are doing me wrong & probably everyone that goes there.

    We contacted the customer today at 11:50 am and we have an appoitments setup for her today at 4:00 pm to forfill all items listed on her due bill .

    I purchased a 2018 **** expedition from CBM motors from out of state. The salesmen ensured me the vehicle was in perfect condition. When the vehicle arrived to ** from the shipping company the back passenger door would not open from the inside or outside. Cbm motors said they would pay for the repairs. It was $1300. CBM will now not refund us for the repairs after multiple attempts at calling, texting and emailing. We were promised the reimbursement and sent the receipts.

    my name is *************** the General Manager @CBM MOTORS , before we made the deal with ***************** Husbands we sent him a video  of the Vehicle all around and he was happy with it so we moved on with deal , 

    they tock delivery  the Vehicle from the transportation company with no issues 

    then a week later **************** started calling us with ine thing after another , at the end they asked us for $7000 or the will write a bad review , at that moment when we felt  we was getting Blackmailed we stooped texting and answering there text , we want to fix this issue ,
