    On April 16th, 2023 I ordered 5 bottles of CBD gummies from this company for a total of $215.68. It was order # ******. I received the order on April 21st 2023. Immediately upon receipt I decided I wanted to return the item as I made the purchase as an impulse and couldn't afford it. The return was **** tracking # **********************. I shipped it to the address on the website for returns: **********************************************************. After I didn't get a credit for the return I started calling the customer service phone number on the website: ************. I spoke with two different people who both insisted I sent the package to the wrong address and they could not do anything. They kept insisting I needed to send the package to PO Box ******, ***** ** *****. I explained that I sent the package to the Returns address on their website which also appears to be their offices. When I asked for a manager, I was told they were in meetings. One of those customer service people offered to send me a 50% refund but could only send it to the debit card I had originally used which had to be cancelled due to a security breach. So that offer was not a resolution. I would like a full refund BY CHECK OR ELECTRONIC TRANSFER (ACH) since the debit card is no longer working.

    I ordered {**** 1000MG Gummies - 5 Bottles order #******} and {**** 1000MG CBD Oil, **** 1000MG CBD Cream order #******} for a total of $303.92 from oroscbd.com. However, upon receipt, I never opened the package and after about a week I returned the entire package unopened as a Return To Sender Please Refund via **** (Tracking #**********************) to PO BOX ****** *****, ** *****. The address is the return address for a clone company called NalaLabs (compare oroscbd.com and nalalabs.com). I have called the contact number *************) in the order emails multiple times, first to inform that I was returning and then after waiting more than the required 10 business days, asking why I have not received a full refund to the card used to purchase. As of today, 5/5/2023, 15 business days after product was returned to company, verified by tracking #, I have not yet received a refund.
