    I was forced into a purchase of brand new off-roading tires and wheels on 05/17/25 because I was made not aware of their policies such as a 30% restocking fee (which apparently equaled $500 for me) and no returns or refunds before they put the wheels on. I realized after they put them on I couldnt afford the price of these wheels as well as didnt like the look/color of the rims. I test drove the wheels and they didnt fit my vehicle, made a loud humming noise because they were too big/wide, I couldnt easily make turns and the vehicle was swerving easily. These salespeople put me in an unsafe situation and refused to rectify their wrongdoing by letting me return the wheel package yesterday 05/22/25, when I was promised by the salesperson that sold me the wheels I could do this. I live in ** and I drove all the way to ********* to make this happen, wasting money on gas and more. I believe I am owed a return and refund of not just the money spent on the wheels but also the extra spending of $400 to keep my original rims and gas to ********* from LA and back.

    The business has parked their vehicle in front of my home for over 4 days in the same spot. They have been asked very politely to move the vehicle and have refused in a very rude way.
