    Called this company to come in and just give a quote to repair/upgrade our automatic system they came on 11/11 wihtout any notice in advance. . The service tech did NOT repair anything, took almost a month to get email them 12/6 and it was an invoice $1047.25 stated they repaired it and left the gate in working order. Total fabrication. I responded with this email:I left a message to have someone call me regarding this invoice. The invoice is not correct, it should be an estimate not an invoice. Nothing was repaired that day, it was purely troubleshooting. The gate was broken and remained broken ; I hired a master welder to fix the gate. . I requested a quote to add the sensor and add a new entrance box but I may only choose to add the sensor at this point.What is the $180 admin Fee?I was told that if I booked the job then the service call would be credited. ******************* does not own this property and needs to remove from system per my initial call when I set up our **********/8 I received another invoice that was not correct for $787. .12. Also totally incorrect ************ is either totally inept and/or criminal. I called several times sent so many emails and NOT one time did anyone call me to discuss. I will not do business with this company and certainly won't contract a new automatic system $15,000 system but they need to be reprimanded. I warned them I was reporting them and still no one called me. I have spent so many hours responding to them that if I billed them for my time it would be thousands. I even copied the service department and NOTHING. I feel they routinely bill property manager with inflated invoices/bogus and most managers would pay. Given they did nothing here the invoice was flagged.I am considering reporting them to the state licensing board as well.
