I cancelled my Bristol West auto Insurance on 09/25/2024 as I was able to find insurance with another company much cheaper. The agent I spoke to on the phone sent me a cancellation form and stated all I had to do was complete the form and the policy would be cancelled. I completed the form and I forwarded the completed form to the agent on 9/25/2024 to make sure it was cancelled. On 9/31/2024 I checked to make sure the policy was canelled and it was still active. I called Bristol West back and explained that the policy was cancelled on 9/25/24 and is still showing active. The agent sent me an email stating that I must show proof of my new insurance policy with insurance starting on 9/25/24. I followed his instructions and sent proof of my new policy and the previous cancellation request sent on 9/25/24. It is now Novermber 18, 2024 and the agent is now asking us to send proof of cancellation for four vehicles? We have never had four vehicles on the policy only one. The company name is *********************************** FX Insurance Agency, LLC (OG33266) California license Number: ******* and your agent:Agent Name: Charge Insurance Services, *** Phone Number *************** All we are asking for is the policy be cancelled as of 09/25/24 and a refund be issued for the days not used?
