    I've been a client of Coronado Counseling since October 22 & have had a great experience! Its my second time working with a therapist and I am happy to say I found the right one that gives me that happy balance of support, challenge, and visible, consistent progress. ************************* is a GREAT listener, is mindful of my identity and morals, respectfully challenges me, spots things Ive overlooked (or am unaware of), and gives me the tools to take control and be a better version of myself (for me and others). Whats most valuable to me is that she TRULY CARES. Having regular sessions gives me a safe space to share fears, the worst parts of myself ********************* my dreams, and be honest and open with myself so I can reflect and make strides to grow. Sometimes while we are working on ourselves we have to re-explore things repeatedly until it clicks these sessions keep me positive in my everyday life and allow me the ability to earmark anything negative for the next session so I can maintain healthy, positive relationships with those in my personal and professional life. I highly recommend working with ************************* if you want to have a safe space to share, vent, explore, grow, and works towards a happier, better you with someone who really cares about you and is going to give you what you need to get there in a healthy, supportive way.
