1 starFor the second time today, after an appointment scheduled weeks ago for today in the AM window, I have received a message saying that the technician is available and could be here at 3 PM. My entire morning was wasted and this doesnt suit me. Tried to reschedule but only day available is a week later. If you are serious about making your customers smile, appointments made weeks in advance shouldnt be changed on a whim. Makes me wonder if the premium is worth it.

1 starContacted Anderson plumbing to repair a running toilet. The technician arrived and at first wanted to sell me a new toilet. When I declined and advised him i only wanted the fill valve, stopper and shut off valve replaced he provided me with a estimate of $972.00. When I declined this outrageous quote. He said he could call is service manger and try to get a lower price. I have since received quotes of $125 - to ******. Anderson plumbing business practices are certainly unscrupulous and border on being criminal. I suspect the technician was attempting to take advantage of a senior citizen. The company production manager did a follow up the next day. When I responded to her text message and told her what happen I received no response. 1 starMake sure that every detail is written in the contract! I had cleaning supplies stolen, delay in the plumbing repair, and miscommunication. I kept trying to contact them to remedy this and they kept ignoring me and asking for full payment. For the "value" that they are preaching is not worth the repercussions you as a homeowner will deal with from their job.Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

Got an email & text confirming the technician would be on site later in the afternoon.Subsequently, I got a call that the next available slot was on 4/24. 1 starHad a hot water heater leak. Technician told me he could try, but he wasn't sure it was fixable. Something about the part being soldered in and needing to be cut out when it was clear that there was a flexible connector attached that screwed in. Quoted $1800 for the fix (but he might irrreversibly damage the water heater in the process), $4100 for a new water heater. I did not have any confidence in the company or the numbers at this point. Called another plumber who managed to fix the problem in no time at all and for $100. I firmly believe I was being taken advantage of because I'm a woman although this may very well be the way they do business. This is shameful since this appears to be a woman-owned business. It's very disheartening to have a company try to take advantage of anyone and quote outrageous numbers in the hopes that you will be desperate enough to pay. 1 star****** to have an HVAC vents and new system put on for ****** cash on completion of job. tore up my drywall does not want to paint or cover the paint for that and messed up my floor when they cut out old furnace with hacksaw blade jagged edges on my hardwood floor Was promised a two day timeframe for paying cash. Were going on two weeks and still not completed. I agreed to play on completion of work. My drywall was painted and imperfect condition. Why would I have to cover paint to fix if your company messed it up? 1 starAnderson plumbing cut thru load bearing studs in multiple areas of my home. Anderson were notified immediately (the job began October 18th and were notified of damage October 26, 2024) Anderson plumbing continued on to damage a minimum of 3 separate areas of my home. Because of the amount they cut from stud on the load bearing wall it cracked and bowed from the weight rafters/roof They left sewer lines open and sewer cockroaches crawled out. They said someone would come out in the morning. Not immediately. Traumatic experience all around.An engineer told me the house should not be occupied. They also put that in writing. With an stamp.I have been dealing with this for more than 6 months.Anderson did submit a claim with their own insurance, but not until they tried to offer to cover the damage by doing drywall for free. The employee caulking cracks and the highest customer service person trying to get me to sign something allowing them to still do the plumbing. So many red flags I ignored in an effort to resolve this and be reasonable.In the mean time, my husband in the military is across the country and I had to stay behind and work so our mortgage on the house will keep getting paid. Its been 3 month since their insurance sent their structural engineer (since beginning of Feb 2024) and 2 months since they sent their forensic mechanical engineer. (Begin March 2024) This whole time we paying for my husbands home in the east coast. Our home here in **********(we had it lined up as a rental) and alternative housing for me so I can continue working. (To pay mortgage)Repairs are so severe the estimate says 6 months requiring engineers, architects, contractors, and permits.I rarely see my husband since he moved. Military doesnt give an option on where he lives. I feel like Im living a nightmare.Their insurance still has not made an offer.I wish I could go back and never hire this company.My experience has been unbearable and its no where near over.Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

1 starI was a VIP member and had Anderson out to do the yearly heater service. The heater had been working just fine, but the service guy said there was something wrong with it and he couldn't repair it because it was too old. A salesperson came soon after to give me an estimate for a new heater. She said she smelled gas, which the service person didn't detect prior to that. He turned off the gas line and then I got an estimate for around $17,000 for a new system! I initially agreed, but then cancelled to get a second opinion. I had another company come out and he said there was nothing wrong with the heater and he hears this type of thing a lot from people who initially contact companies like Anderson. He is going to replace the gas line for a nominal fee and I am set.Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning
