    I contracted with Old Fashion Roofing, *** on November 14, 2022 to replace the flat roof portions of our home. They performed the work in May 2023. I paid them $18,203 in full but found the following workmanship issues:1) West Kitchen drain, a major portion of the drain cover is missing and the drain cover is not secured at all, leaving the drain exposed.2) Over the Side Door, the lower level of tiles they removed were not realigned when they reinstalled the tiles and many end caps are missing.3) Over the Kitchen/Family Room, the lower level of tiles were not aligned when they reinstalled them and many end caps are missing.4) ************ mini roof, a major portion of the drain cover is missing leaving the drain exposed.5) Left ****** mini roof, the drain cover is cracked and is only secured with 1-2" of tar.6) East Section, 3 of the 4 vents are only attached with one s**** 7) Master Bedroom Corner, the flashing and edge were left unsealed. My wife emailed them a list of the first 5 issues and provided photos on July 17, 2023. We have not had a response from them. My wife was not able to reach them via phone on July 25, 2023, at their office, nor on July 28, 2023, at Billys cellphone. My wife was able to reach ****, the salesman and onsite *******, via cellphone on August 11, 2023. He stated that he would get with ***** about the issues. We have not heard back from him either. It has now been two months since we started trying to reach them.8) How do I put any trust into a warranty when the contractor refuses to make any response to communications?I would like the above 8 issues corrected with appropriate replacement and repairs completed.
