    The ** my *********** rented had countless issues. As soon as we arrived in the desert, we had no water even though the tanks were full. Also, the electricity kept turning off. The owner, ****, did send someone out to replace the water pump & adjust the battery on 2/16, however, later that night, the battery wasnt working again. The next day, **** sent someone out to replace the battery, so we had to again stay at camp, waiting for that person who supposedly brought a new battery. It wasnt new so the refrigerator/freezer stopped working. I am physically disabled, & cant sleep without ice packs or heat on my neck. Because we very rarely had electricity nor a working refrigerator, I had no ice & no electricity for my heating pad. With no ice or working AC, I was miserable in the +90 ** during the day, exacerbating my chronic pain so we had to leave a day early.We discarded 2 pounds of ground beef, 1 pork loin, cottage cheese, sour cream, mayo, yogurts, coffee **************** **** did Venmo us $250 ****, but $250 doesnt even cover 1 nights rental (we paid $275/night), nor does it compensate us for the other issues.The ** battery rarely worked & it didnt have an internal generator, so we had to fill the external generator with our own gas.Because I was so miserable without ice packs, AC or heating ********** food went bad, we returned the ** 24-hours early.Because **** was sitting by the phone troubleshooting with ********* left early, **** was only able to ride 2 out of the 5 days he had planned to.We did not get the ** we ordered, nor did we receive what was in the contract. Basically, it served as a fancy tent. It felt like we were used as guinea pigs, trying out a salvaged **, sacrificing our family vacation to test out a rental.
