    Two Sunlight Solar Inc door to door salespersons came to my house at around 3 pm today. I explained to them that I was not interested and asked them to remove me from there list. They would not leave and continued there sales pitch. They also told me they would be back and would not remove me from there list. Finally I closed the door and they continued to stand on my porch for a bit longer before they finally walked away. The whole episode made me very uncomfortable.I looked up Sunlight Solar Inc on the internet and seems to be a Florida company. I don't believe things like this should be happening at my or anyone's front door. When you tell someone you are not interested that should be the end.

    This complaint is false. We do not solicit in ***********, we never have. Sunlight Solar Inc, is only available *******************, mainly ********* and ****************. And we do not door knock. 

    Unfortunately, in the past we have been confused with Sunlight Energy, which I believe is the case here,

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be impossible for me to dispute being that I never took any pictures of the salespersons shirt logos.  I would like to thank the BBB for looking into this complaint.

    We purchased a hybrid hot water heater from Sunlight Solar in June 2020. The hot water heater has a leak, it is leaking water into my garage. We can not find a company that will work on this type of hot water heater and have even tried calling the manufacturer to get recommendations. After futile attempts to find a company that can work on this, we called back Sunlight Solar and they told us that they could work on the heater that they installed. We agreed to pay $250 to them and told them the issue that another company had told us what the problem was. We even had the part that another company ordered for us. They cam out to the house and stated that they could not work on it even though they has told us that they could on the phone and that is why we had agreed to the cost. They then told us that they were still charging us $250 for the visit and that they would put a lien on our house if we didn't pay it. So they not only sold us a hot water heater that no company work on, they are charging us $250 just to come out and tell us that they cant work on it. They said they can work on the outside but not the inside and we had told them ahead of time what the issue was. At the minimum I dont want to pay the $250 but it is only good customer service to fix the problem or replace the product.

    Unfortunately, this is the second time within the past year a homeowner has confused us "Sunlight Solar Inc" with another Sunlight. We are not the company you are referring too, as we've never sold a water heater, and we only have conducted business in the **********. Please remove this complaint ASAP.

    Bought a system for over 60k that is suppose to produce over 20khw per year its been a year already and the system havent even produce half of it was promise.

    We have not installed any solar system in the ****************. Please contact a different "Sunlight Solar". We are Sunlight Solar Inc., I'd imagine your system was completed by a similar named business. 

    Please remove this complaint ASAP, as it does not pertain to the correct company.

    Signed contract to begin installation of solar power system April 2022. As of today, no functioning system. I have been told various excuses with permits. They have put the panels on the roof, then taken them down because inspectors told them to. As of today, the solar panels are stacked on the side wall of the house and I cant get anyone at Sunlight Solar to give me a reason why

    This company calls my cell phone 5 - 6 times a day all week. Despite asking nicely to take me off their call list, the calls keep coming in. Yesterday, they called again and I yelled to please take me off their call list. They hung up and then 5 minutes later another person also from Sunlight called and again I yelled at the top of my lungs to stop calling me!!! I informed the person I would be filing a complaint with BBB and FTC. This is ridiculous! Today, at around 1 pm, they called again. Please help stop these people from harassing me. I have never done business with them. I owe them nothing. I am not interested in solar. They just need to stop already. Months of calls from them and me saying no is not helping. I shouldn't have to change my number for them to leave me alone. Please help!
