    I placed order on October 18 2024 the total amount was $124.20. The order was shipped on October 21 2024. This order was to be delivered on October 25 2024. It has been in ******** ******* since October 24 2024. I have emailed company they keep telling me to wait. I contacted ***** they tell me to file a complaint. I tried to file complaint ***** tells me the company has to file complaint. All I asked was for a replacement order. This company will not help me with this. I am out money and never received product.

    Two orders were place in April and May of 2022 for newly refilled cartridges for my CR Spotless Systems at a cost of $119.00 each. There are 2 cartridges in each shipment. The cartridges are refills and the empty cartridges are returned so they can be used again. A attempt was made to cancel the duplicate order, but it shipped anyway. Upon arrival of the 2 identical orders I contacted the business and was told to return new unused cartridges and a refund $119.00 would be issued. Recently I discovered that CR Spotless had not issued the $119 credit for the returned cartridges. In speaking with the bookkeeper today she acknowledged the 2 orders and 2 returns but claimed all the returned cartridges were used. I would have had no use for the duplicate order as I have only one CR Spotless machine and the cartridges last quite a long time. Then the bookkeeper said I probably sent old cartridges from several years ago, which had I not returned cartridges in the past they would have billed me for them. My guess is that whoever receives boxes at CR from customers assumes they are returning used cartridges. The bookkeeper is calling my a liar when she says that I returned used cartridges. ** made a mistake upon receipt of the new cartridges and should do the right thing by issuing $119.00 refund.
