    the worst experience ive ever had with any company. they lied to me, cheated me out of an already good deal/relationship i had with adt and try to sell you the lie that theyre local and will benefit you more when in reality they just sign you for three years on a contract you cant get out of and a contract they do NOT honor themselves. plus they make false promises by telling you they will handle the transfer and will cover all charges from canceling with the prior contract but never do. i was never notified that my previous contract wasnt canceled and was being billed by both i called the woman who said she would handle it and said that it was being canceled then later another rep tells me thats not something they can do..and that it was up to me to cancel, then the three day period where you can opt out of their contract is expired and youre stuck with them. i signed in may and they have yet to cancel my previous account. now they continue to tell me theres nothing they can do i have to pay the early cancelation fee with them or transfer the services to someone else. they are also charging me more than my previous adt account. they are horrible.. and i will never recommend them nor want to do business with them in the future.
