    Within the last 1 1/2 to 2 years, LW Inc has replaced multiple components to our air conditioning unit. This has costed us over $9000. For the past 2-3 months, our ** does not cool the house down under 83 degrees during the day or 78 degrees at night. For the past week, the ** has not worked at all. Our house is 95 degrees right now and has been this way for a week. I have tried calling the business and there is no answer. I have tried calling the owners personal phone and no answer. We had a second, third and fourth company come out at look at our ** and we were told that LW Inc installed used parts that don't match. All of this service has cost us an additional $800. The coils are installed backwards and the duct lines are pinched. All of the equipment in the attic needs to be replaced at a cost of $5000. We were told the person who installed the equipment with LW inc is not a licensed ** specialist. We would like to be reimbursed for the cost of the new equipment, since what LW Inc installed should still be under warranty, but they refuse to answer our calls. Because we have been without an ** for a week and the outside temps have been ******* degrees, it is dangerous to be in the house. I had to purchase a portable ** at a cost of $400 just to have one room cool enough to safely sleep in. WHAT CAN I DO? I AM DESPERATE!
