      I received a voicemail from a person who identified themselves as ********* on a voicemail to call her back at ************. She said she was calling from Redshift Investigation. She left message for someone with the same last name as mine but a different first name. I called her back to tell her she has the wrong number and to remove my number from her records. She located the account in her system and said she needed to ask my name. I told her she did not need that information and she hung up on me. I called her back and asked to speak with a manager. I explained I want to complain about her and need the managers name. She said they are all in a meeting. She refused to give me a manager name. I explained that she called a mobile number and under the **** I can bring suit against them since they don't have permission to call it. She said I am wrong and hung up on me. I would like the employee reprimanded.

      On 4/24/2025, We received notification of the above complaint filed. We have thoroughly reviewed the
      complaint, retrieved all call logs associated with the referenced number, and located the corresponding file.
      The call in question was placed by one of our employees to a number associated with an individual we were
      attempting to contact. A voicemail was left, and when a return call was received requesting no further
      contact, our employee asked for the callers name to ensure the request was accurately documented in our
      system.

      The assertion that our call violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is not accurate. TCPA
      regulations pertain primarily to unsolicited calls made using automated systems. In this instance, the call was
      manually dialed and directed to a number linked to the subject of our investigation.

      Upon review, we confirmed that our employee promptly recorded the do-not-contact request and flagged the
      number in our system as "Cease and Desist" (C&D). This action prevents any further calls to that number. We
      also acknowledge that the situation could have been handled with greater sensitivity, and we are addressing
      this matter internally to ensure continued improvement in how we manage these interactions.

      We appreciate the opportunity to respond and confirm that no further contact has been made to the number
      since the request was received on 3/21/2025.
