    We purchased the full refund insurance just in case for our student's trip. We unfortunately had to use it when our child got Covid right before the trip. It has been 17 weeks since the cancellation. The website says it can take up to 12 weeks for a refund - we are past that with still no refund. We have followed it up with 3 calls, and each time we are put off saying the refund was coming. When I called on 9/30 they said they would refund no later than today, and still nothing. It's completely deplorable for a company that focuses on student educational travel to withhold funds and not provide refunds when you purchase the insurance. We are having to dispute it through our credit card company now. Knowing this, I wouldn't use this company ever again.
