    1. On 3/23/2024, my husband and I went to the A1 Carplay to do my new car Tesla Model Y window tint. We paid $400.2.After a week, my husband found there were some scratches and stains on the windows. We reported the problems to the A1 Carplay, they asked us to go the store again and change a new one.3.On 3/30/2024 we went to the store, at first, they checked the scratched on the window, their stuff set the LEFT FRONT WINDOW up without notice anyone, and then they asked us to move the car into the store. Because we didn't know the window was up, when we close the left front door, the edge of the window got broken, the frame was hit with a faded bump.4.First, we tried to find a store to see if it can be fixed, I asked 3 car repair stores, they said the Tesla window can't be fixed, you need to change a new one.5. I contacted to the A1 Carplay, we had an argument, they can't make an agreement. The owner was shouting at me and said I asked too much. I offered us to pay half and half, but they wanted to pay only half of the window fee without other fix or labor fee. 6. We went to fix the window and frame, we find a reasonable auto store to fix. The frame can't be easily fixed and pained, it may need to change a new one. For now, we just changed the window, we already paid the window, labor and new window tint. we paid $734.7.I want them to pay off all my car fix bills. I just want to fix my new car, I don't want to have any argument with them.8. I was very upset and frustrated with this problem, I think it was their unprofessional work that caused the damage to my car and my loss. So I ask BBB for help.
