    We have been lied to! On Wednesday, July 10, 2024 the scanning timer of the driveway iron gate motor did not work. The person sent by the company, surnamed Mr.He, did not even open the motor cover to look at any problems with scanning timer of the driveway, but encouraged us to replace all the tracks, saying that this was why the motor's scanning timer was not working and cost will be $2200. We were deceived and paid an deposite $1,000 at 4 p.m. that day. We have someone came to install the water purifier same day later afternoon and saw the problem of the iron door moving. He fixed the scan timer for us within a few minutes after installing the water purifier. We immediately informed Mr.He at 9pm same day that it had been repaired and the track would not be replaced for the time being. Mr.He replied via text message that he had bought the track and would return it tomorrow to supplier and we will get a refund. But there was no reply until July 18th. After asking again and again, we were told that it was custom-made(He did mentioned in first place) and could not be returned, and we were asked to bear the $500 cost and I only can get $500 refund. First of all, this kind of triangular track is the movable iron door used by most American households gate. Secondly how can supplier within few hours for custom-made after business hours?At best, it is a matter of length, not a matter of scrapping. Originally, we asked for repairs on why the sliding door could not be closed by scanning timer, but we were deceived into changing the track. We have been told via text massage that we will be get refund by July 12 Thu.
