      During the month of July 9th of 2022, sales representative by the name of *********************************** come to my home to sell me an educational program for *** kids. the value of the program is $3133.54 and my account number is #****** ( ii's what shows on a statement now sent by ***************************). They also send a link via text were I click and it take me to place I can make a payment. I made a couple payments but now it does let me because it says it can be a fraudulent transaction. She also told me that it was going to help my children with their learning struggles in school and that I would notice results quickly. She also mentioned that it is tax write off because it has to do with my kids education. My kids have been using the program and communicate to me that it teaches them things they are already learning in school and that they are not finding it beneficial to their learning. I also tried use it as a tax deduction an was told that it doesn't qualify as a tax deduction because I would need a ****-T form. I've tried contacting the person that sold me the program but has not responded to my calls.
