    On or near 02/12/2023, I ordered and paid for Print Shop Deluxe 6.4 and downloaded. it did not work. I emailed SoftwareCW ************************************** and they told me to email Encore ************************************* which I did. For 6 weeks we went back and forth with the emails. They would ask me a question or had me do something on Print Shop. Nothing helped. I asked them if I could download a different PS and finally they did. At that time I could print a reg. letter but not a quarter fold greeting card. That printed out on 3 different sheets of paper. I did email them again and they asked me more questions. That was 2 weeks ago. Last week, I asked them if I could download a different Print Shop program and there was no response. I cannot tell you how many hours I have spent on this transaction. I have done everything possible to answer their questions and do what I was asked. The cost of the Print Shop was $49.99. The order number is *******. I look forward to your response.

    I purchased a program from Broderbund and it did'nt work and i recieved no help, i was not able to contact them for support.
