    Transaction date is 2/16/23.Paid *****. I was promised a video consultation thereafter a prescription for Ozempic.There was NO CONSULTATION. I WAS PRESCRIBED a different injectable medication I have never heard of and not the medication requested. .There is no OZEMPIC PRESCRIPTION AND I HAVE SPOKEN TO NO ONE. I Received some weird long message via the Push Health app. Stating me having to contact the pharmacy and my insurance to ask them to send a preauthorization to the doctor. THAT MAKES NO SENSE. I want my money back. Ive been charged $***** for what exactly .

    The raise prices constantly. Charge you for every small thing. I asked to send 3 refills, they charged me and sent one.They rip you off

    I have been using Push health for several months and haven't had a problem then all of a sudden I can't get ahold of them after I paid my fee $89.99. Going on a week now and need my medicine tomorrow

    After taking $65 of my money and only chatting with me on the platform, the provider claimed they sent a prescription for antibiotics to my pharmacy. 6 hours later, the pharmacy still hadnt even received the prescription. I tried calling push, and after being on hold for 10 minutes, they ended the call. I emailed for help, and the provider merely kept insisting that they had sent the prescription and didnt provide any other assistance. I found many reviews and claims online that this business is fraudulent, so I gave up and ********** elsewhere. But my infection (and immense pain) was delayed hours just for someone to fraudulently take my money. This business should be ashamed.

    I placed an order with this company for medication for my infected gums so that I wouldnt have to spend time waiting for an appointment. That was February 22nd 2023. I called the Pharmacy closest to my home where I had the prescription sent, unbeknownst to me it would be sent via fax. The pharmacist claims to have never received multiple fax to this day, February 24th 2023 I was told that if the provider could just call the prescription in, it would solve the issue. I logged back into the PUSH Health app to notify the provider, ***************************** of my issue who then make me aware that she was busy seeing patients and could not call however, she was able to message through the app. I had my prescription faxed by her to another Pharmacy, which is ********* who still had yet to receive such prescription either. Being as though I found this website via ******* I started to think maybe Ive just been scammed? So I messaged her via PUSH Health app again and stated *** been trying to get the prescription since I ordered it with no luck, This is really starting to seem like a scam. Apparently that trigger her because after she messaged me back PRESCRIPTIONS can only be sent via fax until PUSH HEALTH fixes things It is not a scam. Thats ridiculous I told her Id be filing a dispute with my bank because its more so ridiculous to me that I cant get any real assistance with this prescription she said to me Ok you do that. If you want to be nasty then I dont need to waste my time trying to help you If anything I was frustrated and concerned. Never nasty after thinking Ive been scammed out of the $73.00 I paid. Im upset more than anything but this was a ****** learned. I will never use a service like this one ever again. And I hope that no else receives the type of service I did which lacked compassion or concern. ( I do have screenshots of the entire conversation )

    I have been a Push Health member since May 2022 and up until this year it has been a great experience. I reached out to my provider because she states in her bio that she is a weight loss specialist. I explained my situation and asked for her insight. There was absolutely no dialogue and she just called in a prescription for the medication I mentioned. After a month on that medication I asked what her thoughts were on increasing the dosage. Again with no conversation she just sent in the prescription. This prompted my insurance to request a prior authorization. At this point I have been on the medication for a month and will have erased all of the progress I have made in a month if I don't maintain my dosage. I have been reaching out to my provider begging her to provide the prior auth and going as far as even putting it through the portal as an rx request so she would be paid for the service! She responded once nearly two weeks ago saying "later!" and then ignored everything I explained and JUST SENT IN THE SAME PRESCRIPTION TO MY PHARMACY. Absolutely zero patient concern. If Push Health is inundated with requests then they shouldn't be sending new members to providers until they have caught up with their current members. I was charged $64.99 TWICE for NOTHING. I want these charges refunded.

    2/16/23 I signed up on Push health platform, I was immediately prompted to pay $89.53 for professional guidance from a medical doctor and then told what prescription they would write me and for the processing of script it was $64.99 (total loss of $******. There was communication throughout the next 2 days and once I asked if prior auth would be completed due to my insurance not covering script, I have not heard back from anyone in over 72 hours. I am asking for a full refund of ****** and feel that they are ripping people off.

    I signed up for Push Health and was matched with a provider (*****************************). I submitted a prescription request and it was approved with no consultation and I was billed $64.99. I created a new account on 2/18/2023 under a specific provider (******************) and requested a prescription from her. Push Health changed my provider mid-request to ********. Then the prescription was again charged from ******** when I did not request it through her for $79.99. I tried to contact Push Health via email and multiple phone calls but have not got a response on any channel. This was a service that was poorly "provided" on both charges (Since there was no actual discussion in any consultation) and the 2nd one more so, since the provider was changed without authorization. The files: Notification Request sent shows ****************** as the name on the bottom where it was sent to. The Receipts show both of the charges from ******** as a provider with 2 different patient IDs proving they forcefully rerouted my request without approval.

    I utilized push health and was not sent the prescription i requested and no services were rendered. I have been emailing push health since that day, 2/9/2023, and they refuse to help. Additionally, you are unable to reach anyone via phone. They took over $100 of my money and Id like it refunded due to no services rendered. They refuse to respond to my multiple emails.

    I paid the initial fee of 67 dollars. I did not think I would be charged right away. When I realized I was I went to cancel and could not. A provider right away messaged me. I messaged back with concerns and she blocked me. Horrible customer service and the way to treat a patient. I have no way of knowing the answers to my questions that I would have likely moved forward with. Then I get a message from another individual saying I needed to provide ALL of my medical documents and personal information and pay over 500 for a prior auth. I am very upset. And now they have my account information and do not have my permission. I would like an apology and a refund.
