    Hello,I would like to file a complaint against Push Health, an online doctor prescription provider, and ****************************************, the Push Health doctor who prescribed for me.Push Health ******************************************* I am still a ************ resident, temporarily in **. I contacted Push to get a different (new) prescription on 2 May 2024. I expected the ***licensed doctor **** provided to phone me first, to discuss the medication. I specifically asked that they not send it to the pharmacy yet, as I would wait to see what was prescribed, then phone around for prices. I also asked for a phone call, because I had some questions about the medication. I gave her the phone number to call me at, but she never contacted me, just prescribed the medication.My complaints:- ******************* prescribed rapamycin for me, which I have never taken before. I asked her three times to phone me but she never did. I posted a question to her in the online Push Health forum, which she ignored, but an employee who is not a doctor answered. This is unprofessional, irresponsible, and I expect illegal, for a doctor to refuse to communicate with a patient, and especially to prescribe a new medication without first speaking with the patient. - Push Health ignored my request to have Dr ******** contact me, so I emailed them. '******' responded to my emails, I asked her if I could use my PA ********************* since I was a PA resident, or if I needed a NY doctor. She didn't know, which is pretty scary that Push Health doesn't know the law - she ignored my question and obviously does not know the law. But ********************* said she can't prescribe for me while I'm temporarily in another state. I requested a new NY doctor "not that previous idiot who refused to communicate" and ****** got ***** and accused me of using foul language (for "idiot"?) but she did not provide a new NY doctor as I requested. Then she told me that I had to request a new prescription - at an additional cost!

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a formal complaint against Push Health, Inc. for failure to issue a refund as promised. Here's a summary of the situation:Date of Transaction: March 25, 2024 Amount: $69.00 Reason for Contacting Push Health: I was seeking a prescription for a diabetes medication through Push Health's online service.The Issue: Before Push Health could provide a prescription, my primary care doctor prescribed the same medication. I immediately contacted Push Health to cancel the service and requested a full refund of $69.00.Push Health's Response: A customer service representative assured me that a refund would be processed. However, I have not received the refund to date.I have made multiple attempts to contact Push Health regarding the refund, but I have not had any success. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of responsiveness and failure to honor their refund commitment.Requested Resolution: I would like the Better Business Bureau to assist me in obtaining a full refund of $69.00 from Push Health, Inc.

    On July 11, 2024 I paid ***************** who is a prescriber for Push Health $750.00 for a 4 month supply of mounjaro. I also paid Push Health $69.00 for the consultation fee. I had ordered the same prescription in January and lost **************************** July, the order was sent on a Friday from Southlake Pharmacy. It was the hottest day of the year.. the outside temp hit 115 degrees.. The meds didnt arrive until Tuesday the following week. They are supposed to be kept cold. When I opened the package the "freezer" packs were hot as well as the bottle the meds were in. I called the pharmacy and they said the hot temp didnt effect the meds. Well, I continued to take them and instead of losing weight I gained weight. Come to find out the heat destroyed the efficacy of the meds. I called Push Health several times and they do not respond.

    Your original complaint did not include that you received a medication other than Mounjaro. If you receive an incorrect medication we need to be made aware the moment you receive it along with a screenshot of what you received. We are still unable to process a refund due to your use of the medication. We understand you did not get the outcome you were looking for but there is nothing else we can do at this time.

    The date of the transaction April 13, 2024? ******************* Is the provider. She charged my PayPal saying that she sent a prescription to ********* in ********, ******** around 9 AM this morning. My PayPal has not been refunded. The prescription was never sent to the pharmacy.

    I paid almost $500 for a medication and it was not provided. Tried to get a hold of the company and the provider and no one is responding to my calls/emails

    Date of transaction: 02/29/2024 I attempted to order a Winlevi acne prescription, and one of their prescribing doctors, located in *******, issued the medication. However, my pharmacy declined to process the request, citing that the doctor is not based in **********. Despite being charged $69.99, I have been unable to reach them via phone since last week. I fully concur with the complaints expressed on this forum about their services. It appears they may not be legitimate at all. I need my refund.

    I was placed with ***************************, APRN, FNP, BC. I requested a prescription for ****** and expressed that my insurance requires a Prior Authorization which they explained to me would require a $25 fee (I was ultimately charged *****). After paying the fee they claimed to have sent my PA on 2/8/24 but they said my insurance sent back a denial saying that it was not covered by my plan. They then proceeded to offer me a compounded option for semaglutide or tirzepatide through a mail order pharmacy which I am not interested in.I called my insurance pharmacy team and prior authorization's team over the past two weeks and they stated they have NOT received a prior authorization from this office. I do not believe this office ever sent on solely for me to purchase the compounded medication from that mail-order pharmacy. Essentially a scam.I would like to cancel my services and receive a refund for the $69.99+$***** that I have paid (total $101.24).

    In May 2023, I signed up to be a patient with Push Health. I was assigned Dr. ******* I was prediabetic and also have high cholesterol, which I took medication for. She prescribed me Ozempic which I have now been on for 9 months. I am no longer prediabetic, my labwork that I have done every three months is great and my BMI dropped by 6 points, along with me losing 34 lbs.I paid Push Health $94.99 each time I met with Dr. ****** through a virtual platform on Push Health every two months and she provided refills. My last meeting was at the end of November and she prescribed two refills. I filled one the first week of December. When I returned from vacation in January, I found my insurance was now denying coverage of Ozempic. While this is no fault of Dr. ******* I asked her to prescribe a different drug Wegovy, as the insurance suggested. She did not fulfill the authorization correctly and stated it was for obseity and it was denied. When I contacted her about this, she was very rude and asked for more money and I explained this was essentially a second refill, which I had paid for during my visit with her in November. She did not do what I asked.The next thing I know she deleted me from my Push account with her, giving me no access to contact her or our past conversations and medical records. This is very rude and unethical. I am filing a complaint with the ************* against her.I wrote to Push Health addressing the issue and asking for a refund of $47.49 since I didn't receive the full refill cost. No response. When I call no one answers the phone. When I email the help@push health, there is no response to my emails. They are the representative and employer of Dr. ****** and are not following medical ethics procedures by not responding to customers.

The open practice function our platform provides allows patients and providers alike to sign up and be matched with someone licensed/located in their state. We here at Push Health make sure the providers that sign up for our platform are licensed to practice but DO NOT manage how they practice. When you reached out to our customer service via email we let you know that in a case where your provider was unresponsive or you were not able to receive your medication we would issue a refund. We did not receive word on whether a refund would be necessary or not. We will refund the mentioned transaction immediately.

    *******, ***** Took me off her services after sending a rude and ugly message to me because I simply asked her to explain to me why I needed to pay for the PA because my insurance company was questioning that and wanted to know since Ive been been working with my insurance company to find out what weight loss medicine they would cover under my insurance. I personally have never had a doctor ask me to pay for a PA to be submitted for insurance to cover something. I didnt mind paying for it but after talking with insurance it also gave me a red flag, I also read a lot of BBB comments of people paying for the PA and never getting there stuff sent it. upon. Checking into this father she does not even have a license In the ***********. Now I am being told Ill have to pay another $69.99
