    We are a marketing agency that has been working with Socialive for 17 months now. Overall, we have had a good experience. We signed another annual contract in July in the amount of $4,000.Over the last five months weve had various issues that ********** acknowledged, but gave us reasons as to why they were happening. This last month there were a couple unexplained technology issues that cost us a large client in the amount of $18,000. After working with Socialive, they admitted that they were stumped and that there was some type of glitch between iOS and their platform. They had no remedy and no solutions as to how to fix the problem. This goes against the contract services stated within the contract because we are now no longer able to use the mobile function for our clients and 90% of our clients record on mobile devices. ********************** had worked with their engineering team to try to come up with a solution, but they said that they would need at least a few weeks and *hoped* that the iOS upgrade would fix the problem but gave no guarantee which means our business with all our cleints is completely stalled.Because of the inability for Socialive to perform the way they stated that it would we asked for a prorated refund on our annual contract. Socialive did not agree to this and told us they wanted all of our clients to use their desktop computers. Our entire business is built around mobile videos so this is no longer an option. Given multiple sections within the contract, we are entitled to a prorated refund. If social does not agree to the refund, we will be seeking legal action.
