    I have tried to get in touch with their support team via email and I have messaged the company several times through social media but they do not respond. It seems theyll be charging my card tomorrow but I cant order because they are out of stock for the item I need. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

    I received my order 12/11/23 and it is not my shade. I have reached out via email a couple times now to try and get a return label so I can send it back and be refunded but nobody has reached out to me. I really wanted to go in person and color match instead.

    I have been searching for a foundation that would be "buildable" but still provide coverage "as is", not show pores, & be a "true match" for my skin color (especially with purchasing online & simply taking a "quiz"). Let me tell you...I??have??found??it??Haus Labs by Lady Gaga is THE ONE (*****************)! I literally completed the online quiz, took the chance & ordered it ??, got it delivered in about a week, & just tried it this evening. It is by far the best foundation I have found as of yet! IF you order & it's NOT the right color/match, you can return it & get a different one. Also, they have a "trial kit" where they will send a few different colors for you to try so you can figure out which color match is for you! I promise, you won't be disappointed!!!
